Aushra Augustinavichiute (Augusta) is the creator of socionics, a Soviet period discipline based on Jung’s work on psychological types.

Despite some of her descriptions being not quite on spot, she was the person that laid out the fundament for further evolution of this theory, having introduced many concepts, such as intertype relations or the blocks.
